Woke up at 5:00 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up,changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 58 degree F. Started walking at 6:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:01 AM. Breakfast menu: Cereal, cake, milk, sugar, apple and water (cereal, torta, leche, azucar, un manzana y agua).

The morning started out dark, drizzling and cool – 48 degrees F. It rained all night last night. Work call out for inmates doing Orderly work in the Dublin camp at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:40 AM. They Have been cleaning the Dublin camp for a couple of weeks. They usually get back to the camp around 2:00 PM. I heard a couple of inmates were fired for not doing their job. Their Half Way House privileges for one year were rescinded. The lower atmosphere was completely overcast and heavy drizzle. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were not testing their vehicles. No sign of the rabbits on the fields. Breakfast was served early and no wild life appeared so inmates left some apple cores and cereal on the ground and on the basketball court. The trails were wet and flooded and the basketball court was wet. I walked on the treadmill in the exercise room. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 23 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Went to library with calculators for students taking the Pre GED and GED examinations at 8:00 AM. Went to Front Office made 2000 copies of Item List for commissary. Brought damaged printer to Unicor. Back to dormitory at 9:05 AM. Talked to Doris at 9:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. It rained all night in Pinole and it was still raining. She will stay home today. Kein and Diana removed their fabrics from the garage. I will be busy with GED Class and ACE Class tonight. Cleaned the computer room. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Checked email from Doris at 10:00 AM: Doris is well. She walked 9375 steps, 16.6 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%. Yesterday was the 375th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. GSW lost to the Mavericks last night an they will play the Huston Rockets tonight. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, biscuits, rice, mixed vegetables, apple and water. Had a short nap. Went to library to work on my book report – Digital Economy. Pre GED Examination was completed at 1:00 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. Went to sewing room: altered pants for Vargas. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: chicken parmigiana, spaghetti with alfredo sauce, green peas, mixed vegetables and bread. ACE Class Mastering Stage Presence 6:00-6:30 PM. Handed out ServSafe Certificates to inmates who succesfully passed teh examination. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
