The morning started out dark, sparse clouds, breezy and cold – 44 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was clear except for some sparse clouds over the Sierras on the Eastern and Southeastern horizons and the breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display: band of cream colored haze, analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: orange, yellow, cream, light green, light blue and dark blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the outline of the Sierras were very distinct, clouds on the suns path were turned to peach color with golden edges, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. Completed walking 4 miles and jogged the final two miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 52 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 20 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the bright sunny sky. Today was commissary day but I did not get anything. The power to the dormitory went out at 9:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. She ordered her grocery online and it will be delivered today. The Yong clans are in Melbourne for Krystal’s wedding. Doris is working on my Release plan. Lunch was served in a carry out container at 9:40 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, salad and potatoes chips. I gave my lunch to Chan. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 10:30 AM, I had to use my reading light to see in the darkness but hot water was available. Had a short nap. Power was restored at 12:00 PM. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9147 steps, 18.3 inches step length and symmetry was 7.6%.
