The morning started out dark, overcast but warm, in the 50’s. Got my commissary items at 6:40 AM, spent $38.20 t the store. The moon was visible in the mid sky, occasionally shielded by the moving clouds. As the dawn sky emerged, the sky was overcast, except a small section that was clear, which appeared as Sea Foam Green color. The clouds over the Sierras appeared reddish orange, layered with dark grey clouds, seafoam green color in the clearing and dark clouds and blue sky in the clearing. This is the first time I have seen the sky in Sea Foam Green color, it was a beautiful sight amid the thick clouds. As the sun rise, the analogous colors from the sun was on full display, gradually the sun was shielded by the clouds. The thick clouds were illuminated creating spots of cream color clouds in the path of the sun. Finished walking at 8:00 AM, in 1 Hour 18 minutes and 19 seconds. Average walking times were: 13 minutes and 4 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 13 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched at the basketball court in the overcast sky. Stretched and split stretched until 8:40 AM. Had some nutty bars, apple and celery for snacks. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: The cold and wet weather is back in the Bay Area. I told her to walk indoors. I commended her for walking and exceeding her goals in the last couple of days. I told her I will be busy with my Tutoring and ACE Classes. Showered at 9:20 AM and changed to BOP uniform.

Talked to Doris at 9:30 AM: Doris is well and the cleaners were cleaning the house. The weather in the Bay Area is cold, drizzly, windy and foggy. Some of the flower pots were blown over. I told her to walk inside the house to keep dry and warm. She walked some early in the morning and will walk some more later. I told her I will be busy with my ACE Class and GED/ ESL tutoring. I will visit Unicor to see what their operation is about and to check out what resources are available.
