Talked to Doris last night. She fell in the bath tub but was able to get up using her stroke leg. She used it to push herself up/ I was proud of her because she was able to do that. She thinks her stroke leg is a lot stronger. She walked 6100 steps, 14.7 Inches step length and symmetry was 82 %. It was raining very hard in the Bay Area. She is staying indoors to keep dry and warm. the dogs are well but decided to stay in their house too. I told her I just finished the ACE Classes and it is raining at the camp. I will do some reading, cleaned up and go the bed after the count.

The morning walk started out with a light drizzle, dark but warm, in the 50’s. The sky was overcast, dark grey all over. The basketball court was wet but good for walking. the trail was flooded from the rain. As the morning progressed, the dark sky turned to dark grey and eventually to lighter shade of grey. Finished walking 6 miles at 8:20 AM in 1 hour 16 minutes and 36 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 Minutes and 13 seconds per mile (milla) or 52 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch felt good as it was warmer. Took my shower at 9:00 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, toast with syrup, a banana and water. Census count at 10:00 AM. Washed my laundry at 10:10 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:15 AM: Doris is well but her shoulders were sore from the fall. She applied some analgesic ointment and she felt better. She walked about 1100 steps, but will walk more later. She let the dogs out of the dog house, they had their food and are lazing around on the couch. It is raining the Bay Area, she will walk some more, eat her lunch and work in her room. She missed my daily journal and wonder if I am still working out. i told her I keep up with all my routine daily and walk 6 miles today in the light drizzle. i will work on my Spanish lessons, my class reports and do some reading. She missed the visitation today, hopefully she can make it next week. I told her I will call her again tonight.

Watched some football on the television. Went to the library to work on my Spanish lessons. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count.
