Finished walking on the basketball court as the trail was flooded. the sun finally peaked through the clouds at the end of my walk. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine. the stretch felt good in the warm sunshine. Had a nutty bar, chips, celery and muffin for snacks. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, toast with syrup, an apple, fries and water. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well but her ankles are swollen and she is in pain. Her leg ankle is swollen, after she injured it when she left the visitation room yesterday. I asked her to ice her ankle down, several times a day for 30 minutes each time, roll it with the roller for her hands, put some pain ointment and wrap it up with her soft cast, so she can move around the house. She did not think it was anything too serious. Her right ankle was hurting too as she used it to compensate for her injured left ankle. Also take some pain medication if she has some Ibuprofen. She slide herself on the wall to use the bathroom. I told her to use the walker in the garage to help her move around the house. I asked her to make sure she has enough to eat. I told her I will be busy with my ACE Class Report, Spanish lessons, Hosting and attending the ACE Classes tonight. Went to library to work on my ACE Class report Entrepreneurship and my Spanish lessons. Census count at 3:30 PM. dinner was served after the count.
