While being detained the last thing I wanted to fall off routine was my physical fitness lifestyle. Due to my background as a fitness coach I always keep an eye open for fitness/nutrition books. The “title” Ultimate Full Body Workout” resonated with me because full body exercises are my favorite.
I learned numerous workout concepts that was creative and unique without having having need of equipment. It was also cool to see many techniques that I too used back in my workout designs. Due to being incarcerated I knew I would be limited to fitness resources that I used throughout may usual routine. The book unlighted me with more ideas even if I didn’t do the exact options listed it got my mind thinking outside of the box Ultimate Full Body workout has been a key component in assisting me with keeping may body in shape until I am released. Most look completely different and out of shape upon being released but I refuse to eat poorly and allows my body to go to waste. This book was a great reminder that there are so excuses.
