This class Healthy mind and body teaches us to to change our lifestyle to a better one through exercise, managing stress, develop a healthy relationship and proper diet. These are the information we need to maintain a healthy mind and body.
What I learned form this class:
My Personal Health Journal help you to make wise choices in order to stay physically active, manage your stress, build a healthy relationship and be mindful of what you eat. This is not a short term fix to achieve your personal health goals and challenging yourself in ways that work for your lifetime.

When you add physical activities into your daily routine, you experience lots of benefits in your every area of your life: increase energy, improve mood, adds years to your life, build muscles, cope with stress, lose weight, improve circulation and reduce pain. It also removes the risk of: Heart Diseases, Diabetes, High Blood pressure, stroke, depression and anxiety.
Stress is the way your body responds to events or situations you experience physically and mentally. AS stress accumulates, Adrenaline and Cortisol build up, making you uptight and anxious. Overtime it takes its toll: Chronic headache, back pain, feeling nervous or depressed, memory problem, Insomnia and heart disease. That’s why it’s important to manage your stress now.
