Petition for commutation of sentence is only for:
1) You are convicted in a Federal Criminal court.
2) You are currently serving a Federal Prison sentence or a term of Federal Supervision, such as parole, supervised release or probation.
3) You don’t have any challenges currently pending against your conviction or sentence.

1) Email in PDF or Word format to US Pardon, Attorney@ USDOJ.Gov (preferred).
2) Mail forms 9Type of printed in ink) to US Department of Justice, Office of Pardon Attorney, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20530.

After you have filled in the information, submit the whole package with attachments and reference to Washington, DC. It will take a couple of months before they grant you a number for your application. After it meets all the requirements it is selected for the president for commutation of sentence.
How will this class contribute to my success upon release:
The class help me prepare the application for reduction of sentence, reduction of supervised release, probation or parole. The reduction of sentence will help me get back to life earlier.
