PEER SUCCESS TEAM MENTORSHIP

Policies:

l. Any member who violates the Code Of Conduct in a way that renders themselves no longer effective as a mentor,

may be removed by vote conducted by the PEER SUCCESS LEADERSHIP THINK TANK.

ll. Any member who receives an incident report, shall be brought to the circle for PEER REVIEW.

* on a case by case basis *

– a PEER REVIEW determines the roots of the issue
– honesty, accountibility, ownership are factored
– a review of the mentors application essay/resume, reminds them of what they professed to bring to the Peer Success Team
– based on the portion of the wheel that is fractured or the nature of the unhealthy behavior,
an assignment will be given, to help correct or enlighten
– there may be a term of probation invoked
– THE PEER TEAM may be called to vote for expulsion

* Again, if the circumstance is of a nature which renders the mentor unable to be an effective mentor.

OUR QUEST IS THAT MENTORS OF THE PEER SUCCESS TEAM ARE ABLE TO FIND THE SPACE AND THE TOOLS TO EMBRACE CORRECTION, IN ORDER FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION, DAY BY DAY TOWARDS A MORE HEALTHY AND EMPOWERED RE-ENTRY.
