PEER SUCCESS TEAM CODE OF CONDUCT
All members of the PEER SUCCESS TEAM are expected to:
l. Hold themselves to a high standard.
-Be mindful that we are to serve as an example of what it looks like to work towards healthier lifestyles,
– Be an example of what it looks like to be professional.
ll. Participate to the best of their ability in all activities, discussions and meetings.
– Be as active as possible in the community ( can include mentoring, running programs, workshops, advising others , extending safe space, working as a team )
– Honoring commitments.
lll. Uphold the ideals of the PEER SUCCESS TEAM and follow the letter and spirit of the mission:
– Strive towards a healthy transformation to healthy behaviors and habits.
– Do your very best to foster the 8 dimensions of wellness.
lV. Be Kind; promote kindness.
The following will not be permitted at the think tank:
V. Violating safe space
– Mocking, insulting, threatening, gossiping or being unkind.
Vl. Violating any member’s confidentiality unless it is absolutely necessary to do so ( in the event there is a safety concern )
Vll. Disrespecting or being combative with staff.
Vlll. Incident reports will result in an accountablity circle, probation or possible removal.
