Completed six miles walk in 1 hour, 14 minutes and 39 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes 6 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes 1 second per lap (vuelta). Pretty good pace for a complete 6 miles walk. I was sweating during the walk, but I felt good as the temperature was mild. Finished walking at 7:50 AM. Stretch and split stretched in the sunlight at the basketball court. Cleaned the computer room. the morning walk was nice, the nice dawn sky and the beautiful sun rise. The track was a little wet but was good for walking. Thus the pace was slightly faster today, also it was not cold at all. Stretch at the basketball court was nice in the morning sunlight. The split stretch felt good as my range of motion has improved. Picked up my commissary items at 8:30 AM, spent only $3.20 at the store. Finished stretching at 9:00 PM. Had some chips, chocolate and an apple for snacks. Showered at 9:30 AM. Went to the sewing room. Sewed and repaired sweat pants for Bazan. Exchanged jackets for Mundo and Loya. Got electric scissor for Gudgel. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, macaroni and cheese,, bread, apple and punch. Went to the Library to meet Mr Rodrigues from Education Department to fill out out applications for possible college courses. Tried calling Doris at 11:30 AM but we did not connect. Talked to Doris at 11:45 AM: Doris and Patches are well. They have been feeding Ginseng chicken to the dogs. I told her I had to work with Education Department to fill out forms for college courses. I told them the dogs like Persimmons instead of apple. Doris asked me if I have received her email. I told her I had not had the chance to check my mail. I asked Patches if she tried out her new Hokas, she said she will wear it for the show on 11/18 and when she visits me. She will use the old shoes to walk around the house. She said the Hokas felt good though. I told them I had to do the GED tutoring in a few minutes. Doris said Patches had spoiled the dogs because she feeds them individually. Patches enjoys the interaction with the dogs.
