What brought me to prison was me breaking the law by buying, selling, and using drugs. I have been trying to make amends for this for the past 11-12 years I have been a model inmate, with no incident reports of any kind, extensive education, recreation, and religious participation, all while holding steady employment. One of my largest achievements is acquiring my Journeyperson electrical license and now I am currently waiting to see if Yankton can help me find a way to take my Master electrical license test this has been a five-year program and I am very proud of it. Also upon my release from prison, I will get my Commercial Drivers License which I had before I was incarcerated. These two licenses should greatly increase my employability level when I am released.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
