Woke up at 5:40 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to casual workout clothes and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watch the local news and weather channel, high temperature for today is 98 degrees F.

Started walking at 6:25 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:40 PM. Breakfast menu: grits, roll, milk, apple, and punch. I usually eat everything except for the fruits, which I save it for snacks in the afternoon. Finished walking at 7:50 AM. It was a nice cool morning, the air quality was okay, soaking up the healthy sun during my walk. As usual, the rabbits, squirrels, and frogs were out on the tracks. Practiced Yoga at the laundry room from 8:30 – 9:40 AM. Felt very good after the practice. Showered after the Yoga session. Census count at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served after the count. Luncheon Menu: Biscuit with gravy, fries, banana, milk and punch. Tried to call Doris at 10:25 AM, but could not reach her. Talked to Doris at 10:35 AM: She sounded optimistic and felt good after her rest. She and Diana had a good show and a wholesale customer over to place an order for some of her merchandise. She gave a bottle of wine to Kain for his help fixing the sprinkler system. She will contact more agencies to inquire if they need any of my volunteer services. I told her to add the information for Meal on wheels and Pinole Senior Center to the community Support in my release plan, also write a narrative to the volunteer services needed. The information can be added after Doris’s and Karlee’s reference letter.
Talked to David about some FSA credit and 2/3 time for elderly inmates. Elderly inmates will only have to serve 2 /3 of the time and it would expedite my home confinement time. Went to the library to read from 11:30 AM – 2:35 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner Menu: Chicken fried rice, beans, carrot and punch. ACE Classes – History of Music 4-4:30 PM, Physiology 5-5:30 PM, and Biology 6-6:30 PM. In between classes, read at the library from 4:30 – 7:00 PM. Continue reading at the Unit form 7:30 – 9:00 PM. Census count at 7.40 PM, Census count at 8:10 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and did well in her show. She expanded our support group, Meals on Wheels and Pinole Senior Center. Walked and ran 6 Miles. Practiced Yoga.
