Journal Entry

Maureen Robbins is an excellent candidate for Clemency!

When I first began scouting for the Peer Success Leadership, she was on my radar. When I approached her, I appreciated that she stepped back to watch what I was doing and asked some smart questions before she rolled up her sleeves.

Once she committed, she became a valuable contributor to what is now a very influential program, well past it’s first year of operation.

As our think tank has evolved over the past year, our skills have become more transparent. Maureen in our think tank and her contributions to the circle have been rich. When we are resolving conflict, she is the member who always has the most constructive feedback; she is objective and open-minded.

Maureen is studious. She knows the material of the workbooks probably better than any other mentor, and she teaches the principles and uses the tools in her mentorship.

Ms.. Robbins serves her community as the Leader of the C4 PEER SUCCESS TEAM with total dedication, diligence and optimism. One of the most interesting things to me is that her core group of mentors has remained the same in her unit, which indicates strong leadership and positivity.

I personally seek her advice when I need a strong level headed approach to a difficult problem.

Although she is much needed here, my humble request is that she be allowed to thrive on the other side of the fence.

Sincerely,
Celeste Monette Blair
