Life is all about growth and forward momentum.

The healthy habits that you may not have had before getting incarcerated, should become 1 of your major focuses going forward. Getting up early, getting yourself and living space clean and organised, get in touch with loved ones, work and educate yourself are just a few of the healthy habits that will go a long way.

This AM, I listened to podcasts from parents who discouraged their children to go to school the last week before the Summer vacation.
Going to school, especially during the last few days is Imperative to maintain team spirit and setting goals. Turn these days into something fun, deep cleaning the classrooms, hanging up new posters or art, thus setting the goal for an inspiring new school year.

In life, in general, it is important to set goals for every day.

Around me, I am being referred to as precise, always prepped. Why? Because, I have learned at a very early age, much to the example set by my parents, that I have to use my time wisely.
With 24 hours in a day, of which 10 will go towards sleep and inactivity, leaving 14 hours that need to be used wisely and efficiently.
If you do not adhere to proper time management, life’s efficiency will go down rapidly.

Stay focused and plan ahead.
