- Did lunges around the perimeter of the yard with a small group. Coach only made me do one lap compared to their 6 (thank God).
- Fitness class in a small group on the court, followed by 30 min stretches and bicep curls.
- Read through the psych evaluations from my discovery and made notes. I was able to see, with great relief, how far I’ve come in healing myself and recovering from struggles I’d suffered from over the first 30 years of my life. I was also able to see (and write down) struggles that I don’t want to see me slip back into and need to remain aware of. It was emotionally exhausting to go through, but I’m so grateful I took the time to read through it.
