My name is Donna Schucker, I have a degree in Human Services and was a previous Case Manager in a Federal Corrections Facility. I would love to help woman and men when I get out to integrate back into a healthy life style. I have 6 adult children, 7 grand children and am currently engaged to an amazing, loving man. I believe I have a purpose for being on both sides of the bars and want very much to use my experiences to help improve the screwed up system called BOP! I worked in an all immigrant facility, so I am not very informed about the First Step Act, but I did read it and agree there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed. Upon release I will reside in central Michigan and hope to obtain a position working for the rights of inmates.
