Date: September 2, 2024 through September 6, 2024

Subject: Work Schedule and Operations Overview for the Week of September 2nd

Overview:

This week’s operations were conducted in Mesa, Arizona, where we focused on preparing the road surfaces for a micro-seal coating. The primary tasks include the removal of shortline and longline stripes. To streamline our efforts, we will utilize grinding machines for shortline stripes and legends, while the water blaster will be employed for longline stripe removal. We will only be

removing approximately 60% of the material, as the primary goal is preparation rather than complete eradication or re-striping.

Safety and Equipment Requirements:

Safety Gear: Hard hat, dust mask, and traffic vest are mandatory.

Comfort Supplies: Ensure you have snacks in your lunchbox and plenty of cold drinks and water, as temperatures are expected to be high.

Accommodation: We will be staying in a nearby hotel. A $30 per diem will be provided to cover meals and incidental expenses.

Detailed Schedule:

Monday, September 2:

Labor Day – All staff will have the day off.

■ Tasks will be split as follows:

removal.

Friday, September 6:

Anthony:

■ Arrive early to oversee operations.

■ Focus will be on longline and short line stripe removal at Pinal Airpark and various locations in Marana.

Preparation and Coordination:

Please ensure that all equipment is in working order before departure and that safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Coordination among team members will be crucial to ensure efficient operations. Regular updates will be provided throughout the week to address any issues and to ensure that all objectives are met.

Thank you for your attention to these details and your commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
