Reentry Release Plan

Peter J. Haslinger
BOP# 35131509
D.O.B. 12/17/1974

I will be utilizing this release plan to properly plan and prepare myself for successful reentry into the community. I will list all things that I can do while incarcerated to assure that I never see the inside of a courtroom again. I am going to use a Macro/Micro goal format. This plan will grow enormously since it will be adjusted because when I complete a micro goal I will add new micro goals to accomplish the macro goals to the full extent. As time moves forward more micro goals will be added/adjusted based on programs availability. After meeting with the case manager for the Teams meeting I will also adjust my plan according to staff needs (what programs staff will require me to complete) and continue to participate in anything else I feel I need to do to invest in myself.
