I complete a daily/weekly/monthly calendar that documents all my activities while here in prison every single day. From work to programs, to classes, to working out, I catalog it all. I also keep a daily journal that matches the calendar of all my productive activities along with books I am reading and daily lessons learned from my devotional and Bible readings.
