The morning started out bright, cloudy, calm and cool, The sun was over the Sierras but was partially shielded by the stratus clouds. The clouds were beautiful with coloring ranged from: dark gray, gray, light gray, peach and white. The rabbits were grazing on the baseball fields while Labrona and her family were grazing outside the fence. The squirrels appeared after the early breakfast, running around the camp begging for food. Unfortunately, the breakfast was early and most of the inmates did not get up for breakfast, so not much breakfast to go around. William Uribe turned on the sprinkler on the soccer field and the rabbits migrated to the baseball field to graze. The sun was moving in and out of the clouds thus keeping the weather cool and nice for walking. Walked 5 miles and jogger the final mile. Completed six miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were : 11 minutes and 42 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 57 seconds per lap. The pace was pretty fast as I sweated and had to walk a few extra laps to catch my breath and cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga on the basketball court until 8:30 AM. The Yoga practice was good as I get to exercise every phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. I finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose, visualizing my trip to Lake Louise, Canada. I was enjoying the beautiful waterfall from the rushing rivers and the calm surface of Lake Louise where i could see the reflection of the snow capped mountains. The tranquility and the clean fresh air. Opened my eyes to the white clouds and the dark blue sky. Had some nuts, a nutty bar and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer room.
