The morning started out bright, clear calm and cool. The sun was already over the Sierras. The rabbits were grazing in the soccer and baseball fields, Labrona and family were grazing outside the fence. The morning walk was nice because a light breeze developed as the morning progressed. The squirrels appeared after breakfast, they were running around the camp begging for food from the inmates. Walked 5 miles and jogged the final mile. Completed 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 53 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 29 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I sweated and had to walk a couple of laps to catch my breath and cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Toga practice felt good as I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my practice with the corpse pose and visualized my trip to Sydney Australia, Roaming through the Blue mountain and looking at the Three Sisters structures. Opened my eyes to the bright blue sky. Had a nutty bar, cereal and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8086 steps, 15.8 inches step length an symmetry was 85%. yesterday was the 151th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will be in the backyard to: enjoy the nice weather, walk, let the dogs out an enjoy her tomato plants. She will stay at the house to price her merchandise for the show. She will visit me tomorrow. Christina will drive her to Atwater. Counselor Reyes informed me that we will not have any new inmates joining us until 6/27/2024. Brought cleaned uniforms, blankets and sheets to the sewing room. Today was commissary day but I did not buy anything as they did not have shoes or clothes that fits me. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: tuna sandwich, potato chips, an apple and water. Talked to Doris at 10:50 AM: Doris is well and rested.
