5/25/2024 Saturday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 PM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 76 degrees F. Started walking at 6:05 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:25 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, cake, apple and water (Harina de avena, torta, manzana y agua).

The morning started out bright, windy, clear and cool. The sun was already over the Sierras. The rabbits were grazing on the baseball field and Labrona was grazing outside the fence. The full moon was visible in the sky. The haze in the lower atmosphere. As the morning progressed the air got warmed. The squirrels appeared and ran all over the camp. The morning walk was god. Walked 5 miles and jogged the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 26 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 55 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 59 seconds per lap. The pace was fast and I sweated. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the baseball court until 8:30 AM. Spanish lessons 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Talked to Doris : Doris is well and she was on her way to visit me. They were at Concord, their ETA was 11-11:30 AM. Lunch was served at 9:35 AM. Luncheon menu: nachos, beans, corn, an apple and water. Had some donuts, crackers and an apple for snacks. Checked email from Doris at 10:05 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8628 steps, 16.4 inches step length, symmetry was 71%. Yesterday was the 124th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will be visiting me today. I will call her for ETA. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 10:20 AM.

Hablo con Doris a las nueve y media: Doris es bien, ella fue en va a visitarme. Ellas en Concord esperar llega eso de la once hasta once y media. Almuerzo servir a nueve trienta y cinco. Almuerzo menu: Nachos, frijol, grano, manzana y agua. Como bunelo, galleta y uno manzana por pasaboca. Verificar correo electronico por Doris: Doris es bien y descano. Ella camina ocho mil seiscientos veinteocho pasos, dieciseis punto cuatro pulgadas paso largo, simeteria satenta y uno por ciento. Doris arrived at the visitation room at 11:20 AM: Doris is well. We had Dr pepper, potato chips and Hershey chocolate for snacks. She went shopping with Oralia in Concord. Karlee wants Doris to bring Bobo to the veterinarian, but I suggested that Karlee bring Bobo to the veterinarian as Doris will not be able to. Doris will try to get Eric to get an estimate to clean the backyard. She has to pay for car insurance and property taxes for 2023/ 2024. I told her to pay from my bank account. I told her I received a court order stating that the garnishment was completed and they will not be taking any more money from my account. Karlee and Chris might come by to visit me on father’s day. Doris will visit me on June 8, 2024. I told her I won’t be hosting to many classes as the Education Department wants to reduce the number of classes to 10 per quarter. I will have more time for my Spanish lessons and write my book reports. I will meet with Case manager Larsen in August to relocate my case to Northern District and file my paperwork for halfway house. Doris left the visitation room at 2:30 PM. It was a very good visitation.

Yo tengo mas tiempo estudio Espanol y escribo me libro informe.
