4/10/2024 Wednesday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local new and weather report, high temperature for today 81 degrees F. Started walking at 6:20 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:10 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, muffin, an apple and water.

The morning started out dark but warm. The sky was clear except for some alto cirrus clouds in the mid sky and some stratus clouds over the Sierras. There was a predator Bob Cat roaming around the field, the rabbits were no where in sight neither was Labrona and her rabbits. As the dawn sky emerged, the beautiful analogous colors radiated out from the sun’s path: red, orange, yellow, cream, light blue, blue and dark blue sky, the alto cirrus clouds were tinted peach color and the stratus clouds over the Sierras were shaded with mauve and dark gray colors. As the sun emerged over the Sierras, the golden sphere lit up the sky, the stratus cirrus clouds slowly burnt off as the air got warmer. I saw the predator Bob cat ran across the field but the rabbits were gone. Finished walking 6 miles in the warm mooring sunshine at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 30 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 25 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:00 AM. Had some nutty bar, chips, and an apple for snacks. I could not find Labrona to feed the apple core to. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well but did not have a good rest because of the things she has to do today. She walked 7811 Steps, 16.1 inches step length and symmetry was 88%. Yesterday was the 79th consecutive days she closed the ring. She has a meeting with the Thomas Johnson’s assistant to sort out some documents and with Kein to fix the sprinkler. Showered at 9:20 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries, an apple and water. Meeting with Mr Larsen was postponed until tomorrow. Talked to Doris at 11:20 AM: Doris is well and he just finished her meeting with Thomas Johnson’s assistant. they are doing what they can to lift the lockdown on our account. Thomas will try to contact me to get more information. Kein was at the backyard working to turn the sprinkler on. She asked about my meeting with Mr. Larsen, I told her it was postponed until tomorrow. i told her I will be busy Host ACE Class History of Great Art part 2 and GED/ ESL Tutoring today. I will call her tonight. Went to library to work on quizzes for ACE Classes. GED/ ESL Tutoring 12:00 – 2:30 PM. census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: spaghetti with marinara sauce, spinach, bread and water. Had a short nap. Went to library to work on quizzes for ACE Classes. ACE Class History of Great Arts Part 2, 6-7 PM (Hosting). Census count at 7:30 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
