3/31/2024 Sunday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:40 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 65 degree F. Started walking at 6:20 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:30 AM. Breakfast menu: Grits, muffin, apples and water.

The morning started out dark and gray, but was cool in the 50’s. The entire sky was covered with clouds except a swath of clearance that stretched from Southeast to Southwest. The clearing was striated with some stratus clouds. the dawn sky emerged, the clearing was filled with orange, yellow and cream colors with some red tinted clouds, dark gray cirrus clouds, light green and beautiful light blue colors and dark gray clouds. The sun was shielded by the thick clouds, I could only see a faint cream sphere behind the clouds. The beautiful colors persisted in the clearing especially for a swath of seafoam green and light blue colors in the southwest sky. The rabbits were grazing on the field and Labrona and her juvenile rabbits were grazing by the basketball court. More clouds rolled in from the West and Northwest. Finished walking at 8:10 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court. Rolled my back, hips and legs with the foam core roller until 8:40 AM. Had some chips, cookies and an apple for snacks. Fed the apple core to Labrona. Checked email from Doris at 9:20 AM: Doris is well an rested. She walked 7805 steps, 16.3 Inches step length and symmetry was 89%. Yesterday was the 69th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She won’t be going to Francis’s sisters baby shower. Diana is depressed as her son cannot come to see her and she is unwilling to travel to Dallas to see him. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, pancake with syrup, fries, an apple and water. Tried to call Doris at 9:50 AM but could not connect. Census count at 10:00 AM. Showered at 10:10 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Talked to Doris at 10:40 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 7805 Steps, 16.3 Inches step length and symmetry was 89%. Yesterday was the 69th consecutive days she closed the ring. The weather was nice in the Bay Area and I asked her to go outside to walk and check on her tomato plants. She replanted some yellow Mums and Poinsettias in the backyard. I was not sure if the Poinsettias would grow as it needs little water and darkness for it to turn red. The dogs were out running in the backyard. It is springtime and Playtoh is trying his luck on Bobo. Diana is feeling depressed as her son cannot travel to see her and she is unwilling to travel to Dallas to see him because of the expenditure involved. She just have to decide what is more important, family or money. She won’t be attending Francis’s sister baby shower. She will stay home and work on her inventory. I asked her to go outside to enjoy the weather and walk in the sunshine as it is good for her to get some fresh air. I told her I will be busy with my ACE Class Reports. I will call her tonight. Took a short nap. Went to library to work on my ACE Class Report. Completed ACE Class Report on Beginning Real Estate. Census cunt at 3:3) PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner Menu: Turkey with gravy, bread, carrots and water. Completed ACE Class Report – Nutrition Made Clear. ACE Classes Geography – Italian Cities 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography 2, 6-7 PM (Hosting). Census count at 7:00 Pm. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
