Journal Entry: Marty Brian Robbins-02/10/2024-Building for the end in mind

Journal Entry

There seems not to be enough time in the day for me to do all that I want to learn. My plan for this morning was to work the 12 steps in the life recovery program. I work on this program of my own accord. By working the 12 steps of AA/NA and how the steps are taught, also, through this program gives me more tools for my toolbag for life while in prison and for after, for life. I not only do this program on my own but also with my wife. Two -five-minute phone calls a day make it a bit challenging, but we will persevere thru this obstacle. My goal was to complete step four this weekend, which I’ve almost filled an entire notebook with writings for step four alone. But I cannot rush the discovery of myself, this is very important to me. I, instead, became interested in a book a gentleman dropped off to me “Questions and Answers from the Bible’ after he saw that I was reading ‘Power of the Sub-conscious Mind’. He said it is more about what comes from the heart than from the mind. I’m not for sure how to distinguish what comes from where, but this is what I’m wanting to learn. All these different areas that I study build on the end in mind.
