My name is Ryan Dibley.
I am incarcerated at FCI Thomson. In 2018 I was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine. I was sentenced to 146 months consecutive to a state charge which was also for drugs and a weapon that I served 2 years for prior to coming to federal prison.
I began my incarceration on June 23rd, 2018.
I have focused my end goal on becoming the best version I can be with the resources that I have available while incarcerated so that I can leave prison a better man that has meaning and purpose, goals, and a bright future.
I have learned to take full accountability for my actions and I began to rehabilitate myself through tons of programming and mentoring individuals to help them along their way to a path of success.
Everyday I strive to accomplish small goals that I set. I do not let my criminal history or past define who I am and I am no longer that person today. I have a lot of success during incarceration and continue to make healthy choices that contribute to being a positive and productive member of society when I leave prison.
This is a brief description in a nutshell of my life behind bars so to speak. my release date is not until November of 2030 which will continuously change because qualify for the First Step Act and RDAP.
