Testimonial for Justin Norcutt

To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great enthusiasm that I offer this testimonial on behalf of Justin Norcutt. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin through a mutual friend shortly after his release from a prison term. From the outset, Justin distinguished himself by his drive, humility, and sincere commitment to rebuilding his life.

When we met, Justin had already taken the first steps toward reintegration—he had secured an entry-level job and was working diligently. But he wasn’t content with just getting by; he wanted to do better. He was hungry to learn, grow, and build a sustainable future.

Together, we developed a methodical plan to help him enhance his earning capacity. Our first step was to secure a modest scholarship that would allow him to learn about technology. Justin threw himself into the coursework with focus and determination, completing various LinkedIn Learning programs and quickly grasping the fundamentals.

Encouraged by his progress, Justin set his sights higher. He proposed pursuing advanced training and certification in operating heavy equipment—a field that would offer him greater financial stability. We collaborated on a proposal to secure funding for the program, and once again, Justin rose to the occasion. He completed the training with distinction and soon after, he doubled his wage through a new position.

Justin’s journey is a testament to what is possible when a person is given support and opportunity—and when they bring relentless effort and vision to the table. He has earned every advancement he has achieved, and I have no doubt that he will continue to contribute positively to his community and workplace.

I’m proud to have worked alongside him, and I recommend him without hesitation for any opportunity that allows him to keep growing and giving back.

Sincerely,

Michael Santos
