Based on what I’ve learned, i created this plan to guide me through the journey and to prepare for a successful outcome from every aspect of this system including imprisonment, home confinement and supervised release.
I pled guilty, and i accept responsibility for my actions. I am ashamed of my actions that brought me here but i know remorse alone cannot make amends for my crime. I will remain committed to making this time productive, reconciling with society and strengthening relationships with my family.

– i was born June 4, 1981 in Caribou Maine i am 43 years old.
– i began working on this commutation December 2024
– sentence length: US DISTRICT COURT JUDGE LANCE E WOODCOCK from the District of MAINE sentenced me to serve 150 months, 120 months run concurrently followed by 5 years of supervised release. I have completed 24% of this term as of 12/9/2024
– i was surrendered and incarcerated on 5/12/2022

EDUCATION:
– i have a GED completed in 2006
– I have some college credits toward associate degree in liberal arts

NEEDS
– according to a needs assessment done by the BOP in June 2023 I have completed all programs and met all of my needs

– i have learned that if i avoid disciplinary infractions my unit team with award good conduct time credits that will take a fraction of my time

– in addition to the good conduct time credits if i comply with specific requirements i may also earn “time credits” in accordance with the First Step Act (FSA)
