My life up to the present time has been what most would call a “hard life” I’ve made a lot of progress in the last few years than I have any other time I’ve been incarcerated. I come from a broken home and have been involved in the street life/gang life since the age of 16. I could go into plenty of detail of that life, I just prefer not to at this point. I would rather talk about how good God really is to us all. If He can help me change I know He can do it for others too. I currently am in the preferred housing unit in El Reno Oklahoma working in Unicor learning how to weld and several other warehouse type jobs as well. I wake up everyday and hit my knees and give thanks to God for allowing me to have my health and for being able to see another day. Each day I learn of His loving kindness. I do my best to be an encouragement to those that I come into contact with on a daily basis and let them know that they have a purpose in this life outside of what they’ve been told their whole lives like myself. I have a beautiful wife and children at home waiting on me and they are my backbone and support system upon my release.
