Today is April, 11th 2025. I haven’t posted anything in a while and just thought that I should inform everyone of the answered prayers that God has given me and my beautiful wife Dawn.
So first thing is first, my wife has been blessed with a job working for the “Work Ready” work force of Oklahoma as a job coach and she absolutely loves what she is doing. She no longer is in an environment where they were making it pretty much impossible for her to excel and moved on to a position where she is literally a part of a team doing what she loves to do, which is help people. We are both giving Yaweh the praise for this answered prayer.
As for me, I’m still working in Unicor and a couple of weeks back I was promoted to lead man over “special projects” and “relief” around the shop that I work in. I’ve been giving thanks to the Lord everyday for the oppurtunity. I’m also enrolled in VT Electric right now, learning the NEC book and how to navigate it as well as the safety procedures before we get hands-on training.
I’ve done the first step to my HWH paperwork, which is my address and am currently waiting to finish it with my case worker. It could be any day this month that it is done, and I’m already thanking God now for the date that I’ll recieve. He is steadily opening doors for us. Me and my wife are just full of gratitude.
Last but not least, it’s still on my agenda to get the “Preparing For Success Workbook” class going, I believe it’s possible and can definitely benefit the men here at El Reno FCI.
