I have not ever really been so determined to get educated as I have been since I was sentenced in 2022. I felt like there was always going to be a way around selling drugs and making the kind of money I had become used to and not having to go back to school or jail I just had not figured it out yet. When I got to Aliceville federal institution was the very first time I was ONLY interested in pursuing nothing but a education. At times I feel like I don’t even know who I am with the way of thinking I have now or times that get ruff for me to keep pushing forward to finish the V.T class I am now enrolled in. I know that if I don’t keep going with the goal I set out to reach It will only lead to me being taken back to the place that got me back here again. I start out my days with a prayer and thanking GOD for the out look I have on life and the opportunity to have this second chance.
