Today was a good productive & positive day. I work at the Unicor here at this Institution, a sewing machine factory that produces sleeping bags for the military. I love my job, my position & the people that I work with because we’ve all worked to build a concrete foundation & work as a team. I like that Im valued & respected & that Ive worked hard & now am an asset to our ‘seam seal’ team as well as the Unicor factory. I enjoy & thrive when I’m able to help others exceed at their production but also on a personal level. I believe in leading by example & to be the change I wish to see around me. I’m also a mentor in a new program called Peer Success, which is doing awesome considering it’s a new program & we’re still working on the structure & format, but I love the bonds I’ve made with those I’m mentoring & just being a light in someone else path. Today was a good day.
