Reply to today’s task for publication in profile for Shane A. Smith, #58920-177:Over the past week, I have been organizing my legal plan of attack to get out of prison and enhance my release plan so I’m ready when that happens. I have secured a formal letter from my potential future employer officially offering me a job when I am released. I am tracking my BP11’s that are in Central Office and one BP10 that is at the Regional Office. Once those are answered or ignored, I will spend next week finalizing my plan for filing two separate motions with the court before the end of the year that provide the possibility of release based on the new laws in effect.
