Challenge response from today’s challenge for the bio of Shane A. Smith, #58920-177
I have already started to use my voice, knowledge, and influence of the federal criminal justice system to try and affect change for the good by detailing the struggles of complying with the First Step Act programming and not receiving the correct credits. By following the law and federal rules, then following the proper process for administrative relief, I am now hoping to document those struggles of so many who have lawfully and legally earned credits but that the BOP continues to withhold. I will then share those with the world, including those who hold influence over the BOP and DOJ.
