Today’s Response:
My actions over the past week will contribute to a positive path forward because they were actions that involved growing my body, mind, and soul in a positive, forward-moving way. Everyday of the past week I have taken time out of the day to read the bible and grow in my spiritual walk with God, I have taken time each day to engage in physical activities to help grow and maintain my body, and I have taken time away from people to read and reflect and listen to music to keep my mound quiet when it needed it.
