Answer to Today’s Question:
I have been blessed to have full employment and healthy salary for the 23 years I worked before having to report to prison. My wife and I served on several non-profits and participating in many other fund raising events, especially those geared towards organizations that served our son’s special needs. Going to prison changed my ability to contribute to the society outside the fence, but I have been lucky to be able to help those inside the fence, my fellow inmates, by mentoring them and helping them study for GED exams. I also assist many, who struggle with literacy and the English language, with internal communications to BOP staff and external communications to their families. I have helped a couple with preparing resumes and business plans for their successful return to society. I believe in what Jesus taught, He came to serve!
