Memorialize Journey in Prison

In order to gain liberty at the earliest possible time, you have to PROVE to the decision makers and stakeholders of the institution that you have conducted yourself in a positive and productive manner, every day, and have participated in programs and activities that better yourself. Memorializing your journey can provide that PROOF that you need, since as an inmate, you don’t have access to Word or Excel or computerized calendars. I made my own handwritten calendars and “spreadsheets” and also journal each day, listing every activity, what I learned from it or how it benefitted me.
