Publishing one’s story opens up an opportunity for an income stream because it can reach so many millions, maybe even billions of people on the internet, social media, etc.
Providing a book to stakeholder could influence a better outcome for someone because it shows those stakeholders that person is adapting from previous behavioral issues, is committed to learning, and has a way to provide for themselves and their family.
Developing publishing skils provides for a job, specifically self-employment, in which you can make good money, provide a service to others, and so much more, without having to navigate the discrimination that most hiring managers have about someone with a criminal conviction.
