Critical Thinking Response:
I think putting a percentage of assets into digital or crypto currency makes sense, especially to someone who wants to have an investment portfolio that is truly diversified with investments in a variety of asset classes, currencies, real estate, stock, bonds, etc.

The price or value of something is what someone will pay for it. When you have rare or finite items such as Bitcoin or even some commodities, they will typically increase in value, like rare earth metals, but there will always be times of lower and higher prices, that is just the nature of ALL investments because they are managed and reported on by human beings and because business is cyclical.

I believe the more governments open access to Bitcoin, the more it will be seen as a legitimate investment and demand will increase.
