Building a group of mentors can help with success after release from prison in two ways:
- Corresponding and talking with mentors increases your knowledge. Not just the information that you gather from, which is good, but also the experiences and successes that they have had can relate to your situation or situations you may face in the future.
- Building a tribe of mentors is just like building a network. Networks lead to relationships and opportunities. You never know when that “friend of a friend” might hire you or give you an income opportunity.
