Exercise
One of my favorite activities to complete throughout the day is exercising. My commitment is Monday through Friday for at least 2 hours a day. For me this not only helps me physically but mentally as well. Everyday I encourage others to take incremental steps towards their physical goals. Here’s a quick example of a routine I follow religiously.
Mondays: Chest and Triceps
Tuesdays: Cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Biceps and Shoulders
Friday: Full body
Saturday and Sunday: Recovery
