I have learned a lot from this experience.
Terrible experiences can teach us resilience, empathy, and the importance of perspective. They often provide opportunities for personal growth, helping us develop strength and coping mechanisms. These lessons can deepen our understanding of ourselves and others, fostering a greater appreciation for life and its challenges.
Although Prison has been difficult and life-changing, overall, I think of this experience as a net positive. I have met amazing people, and I have charted a new course for my life that is both productive and exciting.
I did my 3rd podcast today. People seem genuinely interested in my experience. I have several more planned for November, I’m getting better each time.
Lastly, on a personal note, I launched my website today (www.scottycarper.com) That was exciting. I worked really hard on it. I have no idea how to build a website but I did my best. I’m most happy about the fact I taught myself how to do something I usually would’ve walked away from.
I need to find new ways to push myself, challenge brings out the best of me
