This past week I jogged a total of 4 miles. It was 2 miles on two separate days. I’m working my way to 3 miles at once. I’ve been helping an elderly lady in my unit to get to her call outs and classes. I help her with her shopping at commissary as well as anything else she may need. I believe in helping others, especially older people. The way I see it is that is someone’s mom or grandmother. I know I wouldn’t want my mom to be mistreated or not have any help if she were in a place like this. Helping the elderly in here is a big part of what I can do to help my community.
