Every few days I learn a new word. I use a dry erase marker and write the word on my stainless steel mirror along with the definition. Using this method I learn on average 2 new words a week. I use them in a sentence at least once a day to make sure it sticks in my memory. My cellmate has started using the words with me. I am planning on utilizing a space in our common area to encourage the women in my dorm to learn new words as well.
