Another month down. My march fitness goals were to finish The Psychology of Trading, to get 18 workouts in for the month, get to <10% body fat. I didn’t finish the book, but I’ll be done in a couple days. I did get 18 workouts exactly, and I got to 9.6% body fat, and 103.6 lbs. muscle mass.
April goals are to get at least 18 workouts, remain at less than 10% body fat, and set baseline times for 4 WOD’s that I’ll attempt to beat next month.
