It’s been quite some time since I made and entry into the journal. I have been waiting to get all the books so I could use the templates that is provided as a guidance tool on how to properly make entries. I received an email today from someone from PPT saying that the books were never sent to where I was at before and that they are now on the way to where I am now at which is Ashland FPC in Kentucky.
After reading several of the newsletters that has been provided to us, I am now ready to get involved more and work hard on everything to help the greater part of the community to help with prison reform and with investing in ourselves to become better members of society. I have taken it upon myself to try and get other inmates involved and to do all I can to help them do the same thing I am doing which is spending productive time to better ourselves to have a successful launch from prison back into society.
This is something I want to do and something I feel I need to do. Being a former drug addict I love helping others defeat the demons in their life that hold them back. Helping them helps me. It keeps me on track and keeps me sober. I have new goals to add to the list of goals I have now I will write them out and share them. It’s time to plan this out and do everything I can to get myself and those around me to go home to stay home. To leave this lifestyle in the rearview mirror and move forward.
