ANSWER: I feel it is hard when you do not have access to the same tools as people who are not incarcerated but you can a ways find a way. I started getting on pen pal sites because well I didn’t have a support system at all I was completely by myself and my goals and things I wanted to do or even conversate about were different from those around me. I know have met some very influential people that are a big part of my life today. They help me emotionally and give me advice. One girl has helped me by setting up a savings account for me that builds interest. I would not have been able to do that from in here if it weren’t for her and I fund it with my own money from jobs I have on the compound. Had I not tried something new I wouldn’t have met such amazing people that are such good friends to me. “Where there is a will there is a way”..so again if you have a goal you want to achieve and can put your mind to it you can achieve success. As always I appreciate anyone who reads these answers and look forward to more work in the future.
