ANSWER: I’m an addict so I am taking the things I learn in my recovery program and using them to deal with whatever stresses and triggers may come my way so I can work through them and overcome them so I don’t return to the ways that got me to prison. I am also working on strengthening my faith cause an addict without a higher power or purpose is a lost cause. I’m also working on my familial relationships and working on forgiveness and gratitude. All this has slowly but surely bringing back all the good things I thought I had lost completely in my life. I have also learned new skills that will open doors for me in the workforce are through UNICOR (sewing) and vocational training (culinary) that will help me better land a job/career when I get out. Take every advantage of every opportunity given to you in here cause this is your time for healing, growth, and self-evolution. Thank you as always for reading.
