What a great way to end my week, I have finished my module Plant Biology and completed exam 2. Now I will move on to my third module. (3 of 5) (Goal #2)
Yesterday, Thursday, I also participated in step class and completed my first week. (Goal #4) In addition to working out, I know I must change what I eat, but I’m doing it gradually. Less snacking, I hope to cut out chips and other junk from my diet.
